Client Auditing Web Browser Update

Some of our clients are having trouble viewing their Client Auditing account.  Recently an issue has risen with web browsers, such as Mozilla Firefox 3.0 and Internet Explorer 7.0, that is preventing users from viewing their Client Auditing.  The error message states that we have something wrong with our security certificate.  We have verified with our certificate publisher, VeriSign, that there is no error.

A new feature has been enabled in some web browsers for extra security verification of a website.  This feature creates an extra step in verifying the security certificate, when it does not get a response by default, it revokes the cerfiticate.  most certificate providers are not associated with this new process/server.  As a result, some users are getting the error message while trying to view their Client Auditing.  Listed below are the solutions to fix this for both Mozilla Firefox as well as Internet Explorer.

Thank you for your patience during this time.  If anyone continues to have any problems with their Client Auditing, please contact us at (866) 818-3528 or (610) 916-7270.
